Spa services are available by appointment. We suggest calling in advance to ensure availability. A credit card or a gift certificate number is required for all spa service reservations. Please inform your spa coordinator if you are pregnant or if you require special assistance. To schedule appointments call 503.644.4200.

If it is your first visit with us at Wicked Pixie, please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can complete our client profile sheet while relaxing with a refreshing beverage of your choice.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time. Should you arrive late, the length of your spa treatment may by shortened in order to prevent further delays. Late arrivals will be responsible for full service fees.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule services, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice. We ask that you guarantee your appointments against late cancellations using a major credit card. With our Flex Fee Cancellation policy, you are only responsible for $25 for each hour (or portion thereof) that you have reserved regardless of your reason for changing or canceling. The Flex Fee lets us provide partial compensation to our wonderful therapists and much more flexibility to you. If the vacated time can be filled, you will not be billed at all. No shows will be charged 100% of service fees.

For parties for three or more, there is a 20% group fee, which includes a staff gratuity. Proper coordination of your group reservation requires additional time on the part of our staff to ensure that your visit to the spa is a complete success. Group availability is limited please inquire.

We offer a wide selection of quality products in our salon so that you may continue your salon experience at home. Should you need to return an item, a purchase receipt is required and the return should be made within 30 days of purchase. A store credit will be given for the purchase amount. Gift Certificates are not returnable, nor redeemable for cash.

Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that are lost or left in a robe pocket.

Please help us maintain the serenity of the salon by muting cell phones and beepers.

The salon is an adult oriented atmosphere. Guests must be at least 12 years old to be permitted in the service or treatment room areas. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit to the salon. Guests under the age of 18 require parental consent.

All Wicked Pixie therapists must meet all state certification and licensing requirements as defined by the governing state boards. Your reservations coordinator can provide you with an up-to-date listing of our team professionals and their state license numbers. In addition to the rigorous demands of the state, all Spa therapists must complete Wicked Pixie training requirements in order to perform our facial therapies.

The Wicked Pixie Salon welcomes your group for spa evenings and seminars. Contact us for pricing and availability. We are pleased to host evenings for Business groups, Bridal parties, Ladies Night Out, and so many others. We offer catering and also sponsor a Spa Evening every month. Wicked Pixie Salon is a wonderful place to bring your party for rejuvenation and relaxation. Our spa and salon can provide you with all of your parties' beauty and relaxation needs. All services will be arranged through a consultation with a Wicked Pixie Salon coordinator. Your representative will be your contact for all questions or concerns relating to your special day. We offer the entire salon for the Bridal Party, services may be performed in same room and catering is also available upon request $12 per person.

All services must be scheduled ahead of time and are reserved by a deposit of 50% of the total services. An additional 20% of the total amount will be added to include gratuity to our technicians and coordinator. A major credit card is also required to reserve all group parties. Wicked Pixie Salon also requires all groups to adhere to a two-week cancellation policy. We strictly adhere to this policy. In the event that this notice is not given, Wicke Pixie Salon will charge full price for all services scheduled.
